Post-Pregancy Waist Training

Starting Your Post-Pregnancy Waist Training Journey

Ease into waist training by wearing your waist trainer during everyday movement — around the house, on gentle walks, while running errands, or as you transition back to work. Paired with an active lifestyle, your waist trainer supports your postnatal fitness journey by encouraging core engagement, improving posture, and helping you feel more confident as your body recovers.

Through a combination of compression and thermal activity, your luxury Ann Chery waist trainer is designed to complement movement and exercise, supporting your body as you work towards rebuilding strength and fitness after pregnancy. With consistent use, it can help you feel more supported through your core and abdominal muscles while staying active.

For best results, wear your Ann Chery waist trainer for up to 6–8 hours per day, depending on what feels comfortable for you.

To support your results:

    •    Maintain a balanced, nutritious diet

    •    Stay well hydrated

    •    Wear your waist trainer during workouts once cleared for exercise

CAUTION

DO NOT attempt to waist train during pregnancy.

It is recommended to wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth before you start waist training, and at least 8 weeks if you have had a C-section.

Waist training must only be started once you have been advised by your doctor that you can return to exercise and normal activity.
